or purchases, but you cannot use the CruiseBrokers.com to make
any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation, any
reservation in anticipation of demand, or for any purpose that

CruiseBrokers.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate or
restrict your access to the Web site, in whole or in part, at

Fee Schedule for Changes or Cancellation
These fees may be assessed if changes are made after deposit, or
if the booking is cancelled. Fees listed below are in addition
to the Cruise Line penalties. If final payment has not been
received in our office within 7 days after final payment due
date, your booking will be canceled and applicable penalties
will be assessed by the cruise line and CruiseBrokers.com.

Debit Cards
If you are using a debit card you must notify CruiseBrokers.com of your daily charge limit at least 24 hours
prior to payment.
Credit Card Declines
In the event that your credit card is
declined, CruiseBrokers.com will attempt payment up to two times
and will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to obtain
authorization, your cruise will be subject to cancellation and
standard penalties will apply.
Privacy
You have read the CruiseBrokers.com Privacy Policy and agree
that the terms of such policy are reasonable. You consent to the
use of your personal information by CruiseBrokers.com in
accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in
the CruiseBrokers.com Privacy Policy.
